One of the most productive sources of fresh greens. Young leaves can be harvested all year round and they will regrow. Cook like spinach. Good resistance to drought and bolting. Sow April-August. Later sowings will provide fresh greens through the winter.
Crops 8–10 weeks from sowing (3–4 for baby leaf). For continued harvest sow every 3 weeks from March-August in rows 30cm apart and about 2.5cm deep. Thin the plants to 15–20cm apart.
