We encourage our customers to create an account on our website. Your sales receipts will be found by logging into your account. When we send you confirmation of shipment, sales receipts and what you ordered will be sent by email as well as enclosed inside the package when we ship your order.

If you are not happy with your item, you can return it back to us in the original packaging within 30 days and after we have received the item, we will give you a full refund.

Most products that are out of stock are usually restocked, unless we have expressly stated that the product was discontinued, so we would not restock these products again in the future.

We usually ship products within 1-3 working days, for UK customers, provided you ordered before 11am, we will ship your order the same day using DPD next day services.
