Add colour to your salads with this delicious sharp lemon flavoured salad leaf. They have green leaves with deep redish purple veins, which is where it gets it’s name from! Sorrel is a perennial plant, one of the last to die down for winter and one of the first to appear in spring. As well as using in salads red veined sorrel leaves can also be used in soups and sauces.
